Refund & Return Policy
At Rebornstyle, we want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and pierced jewellery
- Gift cards
- Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, contact us at rebornadvertisingagency@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrived damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
